This initiative provides financial aid and support for individuals and families seeking to buy their first home, ensuring that financial barriers don’t stand in the way of long-term stability.
Participants also had the opportunity to connect with professionals from different areas of the real estate industry, each offering their expertise and services to guide new buyers.
Representatives from DR Construction and Roofing Inc. provided insight into remodelling and construction options, while Checkmark Inspections emphasized the importance of proper home inspections before making a purchase.
Real estate agencies such as Here, Hussein El Fakih Real Estate, Monica Davis Group, and Grupo L Homes were present to answer questions about property listings, legal requirements, and navigating the housing market.
Insurance specialists from Sunbay Insurance Company and Quality Insurance LLC explained how choosing the
right insurance coverage is essential for protecting a new investment.
On the financial side, mortgage companies like Bravo Mortgage LLC and Magistrelli Mortgages shared practical guidance and plans to help participants access competitive loan programs.
Even household services had a presence — Master Exterminator educated attendees about pest prevention and home safety, while Deep Clean Company offered advice on preventive maintenance for air ducts, carpets, sofas, and mattresses.
It was truly a 360-degree view of what it takes to own, protect, and maintain a home — all in one morning.
